A CORNISH energy broker is celebrating eight years in business with the appointment of two new employees.
Total Energy Solutions, based in Stoke Climsland, has taken on sales manager Bella Young and finance manager Dan Rodia to help facilitate the company's future growth.
The pair join TES after four months travelling the world. Both previously worked as insurance brokers after graduating from university in Leicester; Ms Young in politics and Mr Rodia in business and finance.
Family-run TES holds a portfolio of about 400 clients across the South West and nationwide in sectors including leisure and hospitality, care, professional services, manufacturing, farming and education, and in the voluntary and charitable sector.
Alastair Carnegie, TES managing director, said: ""When we started, TES wanted to change the image our industry has of poor service and chasing commission.
"Our company's ethos has been to offer exceptional service and operate in an ethical and responsible way."
TES donates a percentage of its profits to charity and commits time to support community projects such as mentoring students and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
